I suddenly feel an insatiable need to rush into a horde of aliens, mutants, and heretics, and kill them all in the name of the Emperor.
this (to me) seems quite clearly for possibly all races since its the stronghold speech and thoose all seem to be based on crushing the enmies morale and as such that is what it will probably do maybe a targeted or global ability or an AOE for certain vehicles like baneblade or titans or new announcer veichles :)
