Today i present you two new meshes for buildings that serve defense purposes! First is the IG Infantry Bunker which was planned to be an infantry reliant defense that grows in strength the more infantry is garrisoned. Unlike other IG buildings, this bunker is dedicated for entrenchment and thus reinforced with weapons. Suggestions and Ideas are appreciated!

Well, my suggestion then would be to make an addon like structure, maybe? If you build the addon, a turret is placed on top. Maybe a turret based on the walls. ;) Sandbags could be protecting the turret also with aesthetic effect. ^^

This, or a heavy weapons team on the roof (you can choose between heavy bolter, mortar, lascannon etc.), surrounded by sandbags of course.
Other suggestions:
- lazaret, that can heal surrounding troops
- radio tower, buffs surrounding troops
- watchtower for more vision (and maybe strafing runs calls)
Don't forget AA guns
Before making my own comment with suggestions, I have checked firstly if anyone else mentioned about them earlier aaaand, all is here :D would be good to have it produce some units after Inf Doctrine is chosen
Perhaps upgrade paths giving infantry inside anti armor or infantry weapons.

This can go a multitude of ways. The way the building can change look depending on what troop(s) are inside it as well. Standard IG unit, depending on what weapons can have wall mounted Grenade launchers (just the mouth of the grenade launcher out side of the wall,) or plasma cannons and such. HWT's could add a **** heug amount of dakka, Heavy bolter to the top, and more weapon choices depending how many HWT's you have inside.
Hmmm... as an IG fan i woulld say why not add the possibility to upgrade this with a twin linked bolter when two squad are garrisoned and whith a laz gun or maybe a auto cannon ? but you can also add a secod floor like you can have a mortar on the roof if the unit have one and if the unit have a rally flag instead it can give some bonus defence to the troops arround the building :) what do you think about that ?

Multiple weapon emplacements! Las-Cannons, auto cannons, heavy bolters, the works, gun slits in the building to fire out of, trenches for troops, ughhhh, I love defensive positions! Give me a moat, a drawbridge braaaawwwww

Maybe add a Wall "Corner" or post to races that can build walls, so they can fill out the space left by putting two wall sections that are at different angles. idk, it was just a silly idea i had, it just bothers me to look at two pieces of wall that look out of place near eachother.
I think that it would require creating 4 differently angled corners. This makes 6 places in builder gui occupied by only walls which without working turrets on them wouldnt be much of use.
I dont think you're understanding what I'm saying, you're overcomplicating my suggestion. Have you ever seen a Chainlink Fence?
The walls right now feel like the chainlink part with no post. I'm suggesting adding the post in, ONE post, with 4 sides that fits in the "corners" left by the walls.
I would say have it upgradable rather than reliant on garrisoned troops, like have it able to upgrade with heavy weapons but reduce its capacity or improve its capacity but disable heavy weapons addons
my thought would have been start it with 1 heavy bolter and give it lassgun ports like the chimera

I was looking the suggestions about a second floor, and agreed about this, but you can do it more interesting if you can upgraded in the same way in the Field Command be it in each tech tier (in the animation of the Field Command upgrading to the Battle or Regimental Command a kind of "second floor" rise of the top of the structure); in this addition or "second floor" of the structure can be placed any kind of weapons or another defensives utilities and abilities, or choose another kind of infantry.

My suggestion: More fixed artillery positions, with weapons such as the Colossus, The Medusa, ect. Maybe fixed Hydras and Deathstrikes?
