Quick ork-grade image editing job I did so the installer didn't have to roll a generic icon.
Since the mod team chat is asleep or something I'll ask you guys for feedback.
If you REALLY want something in it changed, say it now.
Dope!
Mmmmmm.... Dope...... (Drools)
Can that be the Installer Icon of my whole life?
The Emperor approves.
I like it but, and this can be ignored, for a universe like warhammer 40k it doesn't look Imperial enough. It looks more like the title screen for a gladiator movie.
Good point. I just used the most similar font to the one in the Dawn of War logo font I could find and slapped fx on it. Also let's also take in account you'll see it about this size I.imgur.com if that large once it's in the installer.
Yes, the size does matter, Perhaps a border like a picture frame? The way it is fine and people will love it, I like it but it feels a bit empty for a Warhammer picture. But I am not graphic artist and if a border were to be added it may ruin it.
A frame would kinda ruin it at the lower resolutions, yeah (32x32 and even smaller).
I've worked on a lot of icons for use in-game on UA so I'd like to think I at least have an idea about low res pics and frames xD
Your right, I am thinking about how a frame would look at it would probably look ******.
It loads into the game a LOT faster now!
Thanks you.
I like it. The only thing that's bothering me is the lowercase "U"
lol I thought I was the only one xD it doesn't make sense that the rest is upper case.
I didn't even see that at first but now......aaah! It needs to be fixed!
Agreed. The lowercase 'U' and the fact that it could be a little more "warhammery".
I like this alot
