Instead of making release 1.7.4 development team engaged moronic cosmetics
THB will be a grand release so likely something like 1.8 (check the news) and 1.74 if it happened would be a patch following the latests 1.73.x patches.
If you want to help things go faster, perhaps you could demonstrate some modding skills to the UA team and help them towards release.
