No, but it sure looks a lot like an RA3 map.

Nice detailed map, but there is one thing that in my opinion is not right - airport (let's call that base in center part of map) got one well protected gate with two towers and on other side there is only one gun tower. In that case one player always will have easier way to take over that structures while second player will need to first destroy those towers.
The base is abandoned, those guns have long since ceaced to work...
