Why Shogun 2?
Shogun 2 allows map editing. No other total war to date allows that.
When will the mod be set?
We have not made any determination as to which era in Elder Scrolls the game will be set in yet.
What factions will be playable?
Every faction we put on the map will be fully playable.
Will there be a fully fleshed out campaign?
Yes, this game is a total overhaul. It will have a fully developed campaign.
Will this game be set around the time of Skyrim?
No, we intend to choose a time that has not been officially touched by a ES game.
Do you need help creating this?
Absolutely. Without help, we will go nowhere. I have limited modding experience, but have no graphic design experience. I will need others to help me with a mod of this scope. Message me here if you have any interest in helping create this! Discord.gg

Why was the mod canceled?

Probably because he'd need to redo every single asset, animation, UI, voice acting etc for the game. He didn't have any modding experience and couldn't realize at first sight, when he realized, it was discontinued.
Some girl is trying to do the same with a LOTR mod, which will absolutely have the same end as this one.
The girl making the LOTR one is actually progressing get ready to eat your words.
Lol it's a boy not a girl, i thought the same aha. And it's not getting cancelled, ive seen concept art for units of trolls and they have the animations down and units all created. Gondor is completed(dunedain not gondor) and they talk about adding balrogs and such as aparently shogun2 is more modable than they thought. Plus they have an entire team working on it, just join their discord and youll see.

actually...shes transgender, your wrong...and BTW Sara actually does it mostly by her self all the models and campaign all by her self...not sure if she did the animations, but I wouldn't be surprised, she does have people doing concepts and 2D art...

Set it in the late First Era, right before the rise of Reman, or in the late Second Era, before the rise of Tiber Septim.
Also, I'd call this Total War: Tamriel.
