This total overhaul of Rome:Total War is based upon the Second World War. It contains historical battle locations on different fronts.

Leonid/Saloth-Sar has uploaded a fixed version today of the mod version uploaded by Dagovax on february 02 2019. This version by Saloth-Sar is perfectly stable in the campaign unlike the previous versions, and has everything previewed since before.
Dagovax has also finished the rosters of Finland and Thailand but has yet to send the updated version. His version will also need to be fixed so that the campaign won't crash at a particular turn - something already fixed in the older version from february.
I did download the fixed version today. While the campaign is now working fine in it, the custom battles stoped working instead - as there is water on every battlefield. This issue is probably due to some text-file because WarcraftHero fixed a similar issue with Warcraft TW custom battlemaps.
Faction rosters remaining are - Turkey, Romania, United Nations, Rebel Colonies and the Neutrals.
Me and Leonid are adding placeholders to the working version to try out the campaign. Whenever i am done i will start playing it and see how far i will be able to play.
