yus. the revamp mod is like a big fat diamond sitting in the center of a big rock. i cant get to it cuz i aint got the tools to. this mod however workd perfectly and i tend to download other units. recently i found that this "scientific tank" was powerful enough to take down a C.O.R.E. in one hit. total mayhem has mechwarrior but it wont install right cuz i got the torrented version...apparently the same reason i cant have the revamp too.
I learned how to move files around by downloading units to TA. at first I only downloaded units in an .exe file because I had no idea how to extract files. when I realised that by "extract" they mean drag this file into this folder, then i just felt stupid and now its easy.
I just read over those 30 or so comments on the Total mayhem page you posted. yeah you put the total mayhem mod folder into a folder named total mayhem, that is what screwed up all your particles and walk animations. All you do when you download the mod is, drag the total mayhem folder into the supreme commander-forged alliance/mods folder. then open the sounds.rar, and drag the sound files into the supreme commander-forged alliance/sounds folder. nothing else. then you select the mod in the mod manager ingame which you already know. And I had that mixed up red texture on my cybran units before, only once though for no reason at all. I quit and started a new game and it was gone. not sure why it happened.
i dont have a mods folder. its torrented. does that matter?
if you dont have a mods folder, then you create a new folder and name it mods, having it torrented shouldnt matter, shame on you :p
once you in the supreme commaner FA directory, just right click, click "new" then "folder". then rename it mods
did that, everything you said, but unless i totally extract the files into the mods folder without putting them in their own total mayhem folder, it doesnt show up in the mod manager. it did when i unzip the files into it, but the icon for the mod was just a yellow square. i really wouldnt mind, but the fact that none of the mod units move, and most are red and black really just...bleeeh...

its usually pork (other meat options) that is pounded flat and breaded and lemon is sprinkled over the top. served with french fries, atleast the ones I had were. Tastes alot better than it sounds, also I dont know the full cooking process, i just eat :D
So yeah, breaded pork fillet (can I call it a fillet?), the last one I had was about 1 foot in diameter :) almost couldnt finish it.

The gargant has 4 gaurdian plasma cannons on it. They are synchronized and don't all fire at once. It can also walk over enemy units and crush them. That's it's only weapons. Other than that it has a massive jammer field and radar.
And what you mean the stratus is like a t1 bomber!!? It's like a fricken game ender. And it has it's own flak guns!

i didnt like ta zero that much. but eh i havnt checked out that mod in a while. And i have never used talon mod before, i wanted to about a year ago but my computer blew up and i couldnt (by blew up i mean sister decided to stick those letter magnets all over the screen and put a couple cookies in the disk dirve. when I came home she said surprise and showed me with a big smile...)

actually, you know how ya fix that? you use the buttons on the monitor and you can very very easily correct those just by looking for a degauss thing. it should be on option if you look for it using the buttons on the monitor. wouldnt matter how effed up it is. degauss resets it. so if your comp has that, degauss it. it dont change a thing, just corrects the monitor colors. doesnt reset them. my comp repair teacher taught me that.
ta zero hasnt updated since march. still no t2 units. its really fun but theres no variety to it yet.
yeah the no variety is what got me. once there is t2 i will try again. though i could be waiting a while :)
yeah that was my old computer a few years ago. just havnt thought about the talon race until you just brought it up. thanks for the advice with the degauss thingy. i will attempt to remember that.
