Arty shells don't fall fast, they all fall like that.
it nice but just to let you know, what EA did was right because the emp effect was cause by a nuclear explosion in the upper atmosphere not by some nasty shell but i like it anyways.
no...as far as i can believe the story, the gdi does not use nuclear weapons...and a nemp is a sideeffect of a nuclear explosions
