A simple balance tweak / adjustment mod for Tiberian Sun which attempts to mimic some ideas used in OpenRA's Tiberian Dawn within the original TS engine and make the game playable... or as close to it as can be done in Tiberian Sun's engine. Posted here primarily in the off chance that someone is interested in a similar to the original but not horribly dated Tiberian Sun skirmish mod. The original idea was to redo skirmish and campaign to make both more playable in 2021 but I honestly don't have the time to invest in the campaign. Might get around to it one day. If anyone wants to use assets from this mod or otherwise expand on the idea, you are free to do so. See the changelog in the download for a complete list of changes & design decisions.
