The Plasma cannons need to be a little bigger. Other then that its epic! :D
The plasma cannons already are way bigger than the ones in TS :P

Does it shoot a little beam or a big ball of green death like in TS?

Why not? The shots would cause a EMP effect only on the unit they hit.
