Hi Helge i absolutely love the mod so far. I just have one reccomendation. Change the name of this Grizzly Cruiser back to the Kodiak. This is a personal preference as the name Kodiak is much more menacing and legendary.
Yeah man, I felt Kodiak is more suited to this aerial battle cruiser, Grizzly name is more suited to a ground unit such as tanks. Well, if GDI got a aerial battle-cruiser, what NOD will have to fight something like this?
I dont think nod needs a tier 3 air unit but maybe a counter to this and other tier 3 air units.
well, dont forget that GDI is the master of Air/space (human technology wise) while the NOD is mainly ground (stealth) and their main form of attack is hit and run, while the GDI uses brute force, so i dont think that NOD requires an T3 air unit, but should have an AAA unit to counter the grizzly, i agree with ThaEmperor, that it should retain it's old name, the Kodiak, beacuse that one at least has an reputation, unless you are saying that the grizzly is more worse off then the kodiak (just my opinion)
Actually, considering the Kodiak (ignoring CnC4) was a command ship that stayed away from fights, Grizzly fits pretty well, since Kodiaks are rather shy bears, while Grizzlies are the most agressive bears out there.
Not to mention that while the KODIAK was a giant beast, McNeils' was downed in one Ion Storm...granted they are vicious, but a ship designed for taking several AA missiles should have survived an Ion Storm at least to the extent it can leave it again. It's like the NOD Montauk, not meant to take a beating but to provide a solid platform for a field commander and his staff of logistics officers.
Good to see you know what happen to the Kodiak Friend, but McNeils wasn't on the ship when it crashed but his best friend was.

3500$, at 21000 HP, compared to a Scrin Mothership's 5000$ and 30000 HP.
It's weakness are interceptor/other aircraft.
and build time is at 35s to conserve the 100$/s consumption rate.
Also the name will remain Grizzly, because the name of a very agressive bear fits GDI Perfeclty.
does it have a build limit...cuz i mean if it dont evryone who plays as gdi will spam these things...and evryone in here knows how to get more money at start without a trainer i am sure...so i think it might be better....
No, no limit, but more expensive than the Scrin airships.
I don't mean to pry but the "Grizzly" does not really sound like GDI. all i recomend is the Kodiak or a similarly excellent name. but i have put specs you could look at as well of you like.

Grizzly is fine.
But I want to see those Ion cannons firing plus given that the scrin ships cost between 2500-3000 in C&C3, I don't think it isn't either too expensive nor overpowered. Remember that a scrin carrier could **** up a lot of shi just by itself and the devastator ships(can't remember the right name) had more range than most defenses.
very well the price is better but at least not grizzly some other suggestions are: Paladin, Atragon, Arcturus, Huron and most importantly the return of the Kodiak
Grizzly fits. Grizzly stays, and the TS Kodiak is too iconic to name another unit that way.

Just a question, when building one, will it came out of the GDI Air Base or came up from the sky, like an orbital on air landing :) Cause the air base is bloody small...... And which part is the Grizzly's team color scheme? '_'?
Probably would come out of the sky like a Hammerhead in KW.

I believe that helge has a point the Kodiak wasn't GDI's only OrcaCommand ship
but was the one under McNeils the GDI commander in TS and
"The name Kodiak is an Alaskan grizzly bear or brown bear"
give banshee some type of single shot tiberium missle designed to do a good amount of damage to it? weird that it was placed here... but for some reason i thought the kodiak name was misplaced on the ship it was on.
So how will Nod counter this unit? The Scrin already have the PACs, so what will Nod be able to use, since I doubt you'll give them a Basilisk equivalent?
Actually I was planning to do exactly that. I might just make the Banshee be able to deal some damage to the Grizzly tho.
