Thrawn's Revenge is a large-scale mod for Empire at War: Forces of Corruption. It includes the events of the Galactic Civil War after Palpatine's death at Endor, up until the signing of the Pellaeon-Gavrisom treaty. If you own the Steam version of EaW, you will have to complete extra steps to run the mod after installation. Please see the manual for these steps.

The Hutts will be making their debut as a playable faction in the .4 release, so we've still got one more cycle to go, but in the meantime almost all of their assets for both Fall of the Republic and Thrawn's Revenge have been done. Here's a look at one of their ships, the Karabos, based on the Hutt fleet image from the Essential Guide to Warfare.

The essential guide to warfare doesnt specifically state when the hutts actually constructed these but we don't really see them until the Second Galactic Civil War.
It's a good thing the mod goes to 44 ABY.
Why stop at Fate of the Jedi? Is it because there's pretty much no visual information on Crucible, which takes place at 45 ABY?
There was a blurb about that saying something about the Hutts re/building a navy after the Vong invasion, right?
It does say that, but never specifically states that any particular classes were "new" it just says "armed starships of Hutt design began to reappear on the space lanes".
It goes on to talk about the Batils gunship, Tarradas Frigate, and the Chelandions (this vessel featured in the video above), being used to aid the Confederation at Balmorra and Kuat. These classes could be older classes that they rebuilt more of after the Vong War, or of completely new design.
