Thief II ESRGAN Texture Pack v1.16 Base file
TextureMain file with upscaled textures from Thief II. Unpack into Thief II folder
Thief II upscaled textures and cinematics using ESRGAN neural network. Additionaly were improved carry images and illumination maps were created for lighted textures (windows etc)
T2Fix unofficial patch is absolutely necessary to run this pack!!!
Installation order:
Install Thief II
Install T2Fix patch
Install Thief II ESRGAN Base pack
Install Thief 1&2 ESRGAN EP1 pack (authentical or non-authentical) (if you installed EP1 during T2Fix installation)
Install Thief II HQ paintings
(optional) Install Thief II ESRGAN SD video pack
For installation you just need to copy/overwrite all files from the from the archives to the game folder.
Additional information:
Body Carry images were made by Corsair from TTLG forum (he upscaled them using neural network and downscaled them back with some manual editing).
Music for cinematics was remastered by iTaffer (aka musictaffer)

Does the base file 1.16 include the TFix texture pack? The TFix texture pack is listed as a separate download on the TTLG forum thread: Ttlg.com
I have the same doubt. And the texture won't work with any installation order I tried.
What is "EP1 pack"?
It's an enhancement pack that's included in T2Fix and (I think?) TFix.
Hi, sorry if this is a dumb question, but should I select anything specific in TFix when installing your along side that? Same question goes for Thief Gold. I'm fairly new to Thief modding so sorry again if this a dumb question. Thanks
Oh, beautiful mod btw.
In Thief 2 you can just install T2Fix with checkboxes by default
In TFix you should enable T2models, T2skies, T2water and EP1. But I think TFix had them enabled by default, so I don't remember that you need to choose something specific.
