The patch contains various bugfixes and game improvements such as widescreen support, and provides some GUI tweaks. It also enables the use of the FMSel fan mission loader frontend with Thief 3 and bundles the most important T3 mods. It works with the GOG and Steam versions of the game.

As far as I know you can load T1 and T2 missions in the dromed editor to look for loot.
Is there a way to implement it in the Sneaky Upgrade?
Yes, but it would require redoing all the assembly patches so that they'd work with the debugging game exe that the loot hunter (and the level editor) uses. That would be a lot of work...
