The Tangut Prophecy is a Chinese historical RPG based on the FOnline Engine. The game begins in 1167.

this looks fantastic
may i ask why did you choose to mod Fallout over Lionheart: Legacy of the Crusader? It is a very similar game, set in the time period you are aiming for, perhaps you could have used content already there for some environment
