The first thing we do is expanding the excisting factions, adding a lot of new units and heroes, redoing their models and skins, and changing the upgrade.
After that we will start with adding new factions to the game so that you can explore new parts of the War of the Ring. Starting with the factions from Rhovanion Alliance. The Rhovanian Alliance is an alliance between the Men of Dale and Esgaroth, the Elves of Mirkwood and the Dwarves of Erebor. The plan is to add new locations to the living world for the campaign, and give you the chance to play as the Rhovanion Alliance and fight new battles at new locations, battles that took place during the War of the Ring but that didn't come up in the movies. Rhovanion (Wilderland) is the north-eastern part of western Middle-earth, the largest part is covered with woods (Mirkwood). The factions will also be playable in multiplayer and will be balanced with the other factions.

I am here to inform you all that the Rhovanion Alliance was cancelled a while ago, because there were too few team members left for this monster project to be completed. Do not fret too much however, for the from the ashes of the Rhovanion Alliance a new project has awoken, one that is already very near completion.

My obituary for this mod would be as follows:
A thing that could have been, it was the most ambitious Tolkien-based mod ever attempted, and ultimately the story of how one man's poisonous influence and arrogance can rotten and drain a well-meaning community (not unlike the works of Tolkien).
Never letting anyone carry your own burdens, always suspecting "outsiders" of desiring your downfall, and finally not even trusting your inner circle. It's a classic tale of a person so paranoid with his own perceived talent, he forgets these talents were meant to spread joy to others and instead sadistically teases with his powers to what he sees as the rabble, well knowing he never intends to use them for anyone but his own benefit.
I remember making some of that map for the trailer lol. Last I remember Dain was on the team but everything else is lost from memory.
