This is getting better
Once they get heavy armor upgrade does it also effect wargs in visual ? I mean they are all brown in upgraded unit. Is it a coincidence or intended change when they have heavy armor ?
Nah, I believe that's for showcase, there probably will be variations on the wargs

The unarmored Orcs are still WIP though, they will get more variation in appearance and weaponry later :D.

Yeah it was Hoar's task to make unique weapons for the unarmored Gundabad orcs :P.
Very nice, I think, I do not know, that the shields are a few low, they would have to go higher from the base of the shoulder, but I do not know if it is the perception of the photo

If we did that the shield would either look like it's floating or clip with the shoulder armor.

Right now the warg packs and warg riders are directly like their isengard counterparts. This is subject to change in the final release though.
they could slightly differ colourwise...besides that they are great as always ;)
