Will he have different suits just like Thranduil?
He won't have as many model variations as Thranduil - just the models shown in this render. He starts in his Council costume before equipping his armour at level 6.
the previous gold suit is also very good
It was a conscious decision to no longer include his Hobbit robes. We have always prefered the Council of Elrond look more and I also just don't want to make more.
