definitely a ballista, look at the rear, it has a loading winch mechanism to wind back the bolt.
I imagine this is for a Rhun sub-faction, an new siege weapon for the Dwarves, or an entirely different new sub-faction we have yet to see.
The first element of the name is roughly the Orcish word for fire, so given that, I think it's for the Moria adventure faction.
Not quite! Gâsh-gôrtân is a name in Rân-lókax, a language created for another Middle-earth culture for 8.0...
The only things I can think of are Rhun or maybe Umbar?
Yep, it's Rhûn! Couldn't say before as we hadn't yet revealed the upcoming Adventure: Rhûn map.
