Will Thorin be able to use Orcrist even in this royal armor, at rank 10?
Yes. Orcrist is a temporary power that increases his attack damage. He switches out his regular sword (which in his armor would be the Raven Sword he gets in BotFA) for Orcrist.
Love the outline from the forums on these guys. Sounds very interesting:

SO what type of unit will these be? Because if anything they seem like they would be summoned with an ability like the Axemen of Lossarnach.

Hi team. I would like to post some sort of "feedback". After the lorien release I've played mainly with them but today i decided to try gondor for a bit. I wanted to play using ithilien rangers only and while my pc is not top of the line i can run a 2v2 match just fine. I inmediatly notice how the rangers move in a really laggy sort of way and Faramir also. The others units moved just fine and the AI units moved smoothly. However the rangers dunno... the are to slow? Cant quite describe it but all my other units were running fine but the rangers seemed lagged and with fps drops. Like I said, don't know what is it because helms deep (the map i was using) is the map that runs better for me. I tried putting the settings on medium and still had the issue.
And as a second matter, while playing in lossanch?(i know i butchered the name) the 3v3 map inns unit (dunedain rangers) were invisible.
