If this unit is open to suggestions, may there be a variation with the rump and thighs of the horse in the scale armour?
It would reflect the common perception of the Byzantine and Persian Cataphracts.

Also this sort of only frontal armor was common for the lighter, more mobile persian/ armenian cataphracts who usually sported both a lance and a bow which might be the case for this unit.

Eventhough I love Edain, I don't think that anyone of any other mod could make a model of this quality, not even Edain ;). However let's not compare the two mods, both are great.

Yes, Edain gameplay and factions are more detailed but Edain have been made a few years.
Age of the ring and BFME tactics has the best quality in modeling and texuring

This design. Everything about it. The horse's armor is my second favorite part... to only the helmet design. Plus I love how the clothing is pure black instead of the blackish red of the films or the pure red of the books. Nice way to make some variation in the Easterling Legion, I say.
