These patches and hotfixes will be betas or experimental so that we can see what fixes work in order to make the next main patch for the mod as stable and effective as possible. We will also post various submods for The Great War mod.

Description

This hotfix fixes the recruitment issue with neutral factions not being able to recruit any units other than infantry. This hotfix also includes the previous hotfix for artillery.
