Here is the first submod for TGW 6.1. This submod removes all diplomatic restrictions resetting them all back to vanilla with fully open diplomacy where anything can happen.

**WARNING**

Things can and will go very wrong during the campaign as you will most likely end up at war with the all of Europe so be prepared. Also liberating factions and creating puppets can lead to war with your allies as well so take care not to free too many minor factions unless you are ready to lose some allies.

few glitches:
- public housing and theatres buildings can't be fully upgraded
- some units are missing pics in description
- why do some auto resolved battles always end up in defeat even though i have overwhelming advantages? is this some kinda game mechanics to force users to fight a battle manually?
- why do english units in campaign habla espanol? in battles they all speak english. fire con dios, mi corazon :)

Are the black soldiers for germany historical accurate ? maybe should release a fix for it , germany had not black soldiers in ww1

They had black soldiers in their African colony that fought in Africa. They never set foot on European soil. They were the main defenders of their home, the German colony. I think it was maybe the British that attacked it, I can't remember. Germany was not willing or able to send the resources for Germans to defend it.

Lower the # of audio channels (128 shall do)
Increase the audio memory (300MB)
