Although wouldn't Mirage IV be a better strategic bomber in that regard, considering it was retired as a bomber far later than Vulcan or any other V-bomber for that regard (Vulcan got retired in mid 80's as a bomber, Mirage IV served into mid-90's in that role)?
But to be fair, there aren't many options for strategic bombers here in Europe as the bomber role was taken over by fighter aircraft anyway. There are more than a few european fighter models serving as cruise missile platforms (including nuclear cruise missiles... thank French pre-first-strike doctrine for that)...
Mirave IV will be build-able bomber similar to Tu-22 and B-21. Will introduce it several days maybe.

This Vulcan bomber looks great. I am actually surprised to see it since the UK isn't apart of the EDA. But honestly it's a great and welcome surprise. Thanks Alexei.
