I have found a bug with the AI scripts of the TDA maps. When transitioning from one level to the next, the ammo for the Allied weapons seems to refill as if I never used them in the previous level. I can confirm that this is a bug by looking at your AI scripts via Notepad, in the player's section of the script.

In the upcoming patch release, please fix this bug, because it doesn't make sense for the player to have his ammo refilled during the level transitions.

Hi, @ronboy.

Unfortunately, it's more a constraint than a bug: this playerstart script appears in all .ai files because, if it wasn't included, the player would be hands-empty when starting a mission from the Mission Select menu. I may have found a way to fix it tho, by simply creating separate .map and .ai files, made only when the player decides to play from the Mission Select menu. However I'll wait until the final patch in order to apply such a solution, because I will need the maps to be 100% perfect for that.

EDIT: Issue resolved in the upcoming patch, in the end.
