I have recently been made aware of an issue with the new release of the mod (v2). "Startup.ini not found" is due to an error in copying the files to the latest release. I have identified the problem and fixed it.
If you currently have v2 installed, and are getting "Startup.ini not found" or other issues on startup, redownload v2. It has now been fixed. Another workaround is to install v1 and then upgrade to v2.

In addition I have some big news for v3. v3 will support CO-OP mode! In addition, the multiplayer Graphic User Interface will be cleaned up. In the coming days I will talk more about the changes that CO-OP will receive from the base game.
