Description

For v7, I had to do a massive rewrite of the "context" system that is responsible for determining the default command, what commands are available, what the use key does in a certain context, etc, etc. I reverse engineered native code into Unrealscript to provide more flexibility.

Two new related features to talk about this:

- When you first approach a door, the default option will be Try Lock. Once you know whether the door is locked, the default option changes to OPEN AND CLEAR or OPEN AND MAKE ENTRY.

- When you are aiming at an uncompliant civilian or suspect, the default command will change based on the situation. In order of precedence, the commands are DEPLOY PEPPER-BALL, DEPLOY PEPPER SPRAY, DEPLOY TASER, DEPLOY LESS LETHAL SHOTGUN, DEPLOY GRENADE LAUNCHER, DEPLOY CS GAS, DEPLOY FLASHBANG, DEPLOY STINGER. If you are aiming at a suspect who is wearing a gas mask, the DEPLOY PEPPER-BALL, DEPLOY PEPPER SPRAY and DEPLOY CS GAS commands are skipped.

This new context revision will allow me to add another feature to v7, which will be shown off next.
