Description
Now both the Empire and the Rebels have Combat Armor and Increased Mobility upgrades. The Stamina Boost upgrade was an unused one that I added in. The last ones is a new one I added to removed the fog of war and you need Tech 2 to use it.

You should make the spie networks worth a lot of money, cause buffs like this aid you greatly in the battlefield and gives you easily a tactical advantage on your ennemy.
