The main idea behind this mod was to bring back all the features that did not make it to the final version of the game. To further improve it, I also added some new weapons, fixed some dead-ends and made the world more interactive so you may enjoy it more. Many objects can be destroyed, used or taken to be used later. Since it took some of my time to make, I hope you'll love the mod.

never played strife because the VE was so clunky on Steam and its languished in my library for many, many years. However throwing this wonderful mod and the game through GZdoom source port makes for a great time. Plus I can just use the SVE.wad to get the content from my purchase added on too.

Glad to hear you enjoy! Did you run into any trouble running the mod with SVE.wad? I've never tried it myself, I'm curious if it runs smoothly.
the SVE.wad shouldn't have anything conflicting with yours. i checked up and its just small improvements and everything ran just fine.
i actually got as far as the mission to blow up the reactor and then lost all my saves from excessive GZdoom tweaking.
the only "issue" i had i guess was the new shotgun ammo seemed SUPER rare but i didn't make it that far. plan to finish the game someday though.
Thanks for the info. Shotgun uses mauler ammo already present in the game, but you are right - it can be obtained later in the game.
does your mod have multiplayer support ?
Nope, it's designed for SP only.
