Strange Shipment -How to turn 'Engine' on.

Some people had a problem with this thing, so there we are.
To turn 'Engine' on you need:
1)turn water on(3 valves) in 'Sewer'.
then turn pressure on(1 valve) in 'Pressure Control Room'.
2)put 3 coal pieces in furnance and pull lever down after(coal will start burning).
3)find correct wheel and attach it to others.
4)MOST IMPORTANT pull lever(next to wheels) to turn engine on(THIS MUST BE THE LAST STEP!).
All steps you can do in any order exept forth(4) it must be done last.
