I have been branching out of late from the Galactic Empire and TEC to toying with the Warlords. The Warlord's individual titans are well crafted and useful. I think it would be nice to bump up their individual research selection to say 5 each from the current two. I am not at all knowledgable about what is possible within the system but these are just some ideas.

Possibilities could be things like:

Covert Military Industrial Complex granting large increases to armor, firepower, shields, for Zsinj ships (possibly based on planet type if that were possible i.e. Volcanic planets molten surface offer armor boosts) if he jumps into an enemy system under his culture

Witches of Dathomir (since Zsinj "controls" Dathomir and can hold their leaders hostage on the planet) that infiltrate a system on a Lambda Shuttle and weaken defense structures/fleets in orbit with the Dark Side of the Force.

Galentro Heavy Works for Kaine that offers increases in armor shields and mitigation in systems he controls.

Dynamic Automata that can introduce light automation on Kaines ships reducing all non-capital ship population cost by 10%. Minimum

Anti-Piracy Initiative would allow Kaine to place weaponry on civilian infrastructure.

Subordinate Terror which could grant scaling or massive damage increases to Isards forces while disabling the ability to escape into hyperspace. Either win or die trying because if you lose and run Isard will kill you and your family.

Your Reputation Precedes You could allow planets to randomly shift allegiances to Grand Admiral Thrawn based on his past conquests and them not wanting to serve as a test bed for his next brilliant tactic.

Cloaked Asteroids could be an ability granted to. . . a ship that would cut off tax revenue and benefits from civilian orbital structures for 5 minutes.
