Nope. It's a stand alone tool. Besides, the Rebellion standard Galaxy Forge is downloaded with the game in the install directory, so really you never have to download it. :p

The Rebel titan right now is Admiral Ackbar in HomeOne. There is no generic Rebel titan to add for the moment, but this might be revisted when the New Republic is released.

So just messed with this for the first time, the result was 6 Super Star Destroyers, so great. Second attempt turned into a 7 hour slaughter fest with all my Star Destroyers, already on Enhanced Fleet Sizes and with the Imperial Star Destroyers capturing capability ended being -1000 over my supply cap haha, so grand!

What versions of the .NET framework do you have? I think the Galaxy Forge for Rebellion (4) requires a more recent version than Galaxy Forge 3.

Thanks GoaFan77 for answering. I've downloaded the latest version of .NET framework 4.5.2 but it still doesn't work. If i open Galaxy Forge 3 everything is cool but if I try to open Galaxy Forge Interrugnum it stops working again, even the Forge of the rebellion itself stops working too. What should i do? I have win 7 ultimate 64 bit.

I am not seeing a few Rebel units. I cannot have Military R&D Labs, Home One, or Providence class Destroyers. Those are the ones that jump out at me that I am missing from the Forge. Am I simply blind and missing them? Entirely possible-I haven't played with it too long.

First off, Marry Christmas and Happy Holidays to everybody. Secondly, Could somebody help me out. I have built a large map with 80-100 planets, and have 8 players set up on it. I have placed a artifact and an ancient weapon thing (star forge) at one of the planets. They are set as "always" and "no owner". But whenever I play the items that are set aren't there. The planet is a terran planet, and isn't a 'fair' planet.

I can't figure out what I am doing wrong, and its really starting to annoy me. One time when I was testing out the map the planet got an artifact, but it wasn't the artifact that I set for the planet, it was a randomly generated artifact.

Can somebody help me out?

AWESOME! I FIGURED IT OUT! Anybody else having this problem this is how you fix it (probably). I don't know why but Galaxy forge always sets the Entity Count for a planet at 0, and there doesn't appear to be a way to fix this within Galaxy forge, you have to physically go into the .galaxy with a text editor and change the entity count to 1

1. Open up your .galaxy map using a text editor like notepad.
2. Search for the planets name that you set an Ancient Entity to spawn at
3. scroll down a bit and you will find the line that says "entity count"
4. This will be set at 0, change it to 1

Here is an example

planetItems
templateName ""
subTemplates 0
groups 1
group
condition
type "Always"
param ""
owner "NoOwner"
colonizeChance 0.000000
items 1
item "Ancient:Entity:Starforge"
spawnProbability 1.000000
useDefaultTemplate TRUE
------->> entityCount 1
asteroidCount 0

Hey all, Having some trouble getting Coruscant to spawn in with units on it. Anyone know how to get it to work. Kuat and Mon Cal work fine. Just wondering if there is any steps or process in order to the units to spawn on specific planets.

Wow i was wondering where this was! Now i can finally build a new version of galaxy map that has a diff dimention for the vanilla races (connected through a wormhole) (plus i might throw in a crap ton of empty space between the areas the wormholes allow you to bypass so that people can invade the long way (and so that vasari survivalism tech and rebellion deep space bases can be used and abused) and maybe add in a small area within deep space with a resource rich cluster of 3 planets that contains the mighty star forge with required artifacts on the planet below, maybe even have an empire spawn there, using the star forge to make up for lack of territory and resources to use. But no really i might just abandon the project because how the hell do i make a map like that :( ive never made a map and dont know how to balance it (or set planets to random values either)

So been getting into Sins again and of course only playing with Inerregnum, but I was having trouble with Galaxy forge last night. I'm not sure if it's cause the game and mod have been updated since this version came out, but everytime I would put a template on certain planets (ferrus, cryo, oceanic, desert) only one or two planets would have what I set them up to have and the others would have nothing. I set up the exact same planet set up on either side of a star for a chokepoint game and I couldn't figure out for the life of me why units I had put into a planet weren't showing up (cyber fortress worked all of the time), any suggestions of places I can go to brush up on how to use Galaxy forge again?

It's probably the updates. You can copy the galaxyscenariodef file out of the mod's GameInfo folder and paste it into the Interregnum Galaxy Forge as an immediate fix to get it working again, though it may be missing a few minor details that way.

The Galaxy Forge is typically updated with the minimods.

Yea got a minidump on my first taken planet once I changed out that file, I shall be waiting for the update for the minimods and potentially the galaxy forge then.
