I always felt deanna was such a hoax.

*Random ship appears* *Said ship doesnt answer comms, charges weapons and starts to run at the enterprise*

Deanna: "Captain, i sense they are going to attack us"

No **** Sherlock!

"Prepare to die, Picard!"
"Captain, I sense great hostility."
"Thank you, counselor."

Would have been a much more memorable fight if it were a Vor'cha. The pride of the fleet, the flagship, the ship that has stood against Romulans, Klingons, Cardassians, and even the Borg...and a miserable little Bird of Prey takes it out. Yesterday's Enterprise had them outnumbered 3 to 1 with strained / extended shields and the Big E still took one out.

With a Vor'cha there could have been a much longer fight with the Enterprise actually doing some shooting of it's own, maybe even a bit of Attack Pattern Nero.

Though I bet Troi would still find a way to crash it.

And in Yesterday's Enterprise she took on three K'vort-class cruisers. The BoP in Generations was a defective old B'rel variant. A Vor'cha or at least a K'tinga would certainly have been better.

Believe me - this has been discussed. :D
