A small task force of Miranda's and an Excelsior
i think something other then array style shots should fire from there. like 3 red, quarter second long beam bursts every half second or something.
nope, upgraded with more modern phaser arrays. max likes it like this, Sacrifice of Angels has the Miranda firing TMP era phaser shots. for these, they've been upgraded.
I hope this shot will be like some kind of fast overload ability?
There is one thing that makes me sad though, with all the shiny new Miranda's all the other ships will become obsolete.
I mean... seriously who wouldn't want to use Mirandas in all shapes and colours of explosions?

That's actually the funny part, I love the Miranda.
It's easily among my most favourite starships of all time among others like the Constitution, Battlestar (Original not new), Andromeda, B-wing and many more.
I dunno, I just love the ship so much that I actually don't mind it having a survivability rating of 0.1 ^^
