Cailean_556 and I recently had a discussion about the possibility of adding Captain Harry Kim of the USS Rhode Island as a new hero unit, complete with powerful and useful abilities like:
- I Made First Physical Contact With Species 8472
- Of All The Musical Instruments I Could Have Learned To Play I Chose The Clarinet, But Was Never Any Good
- The Holographic Doctor Was Re-Programmed To Take Command In An Emergency Because It Never Even Occurred To Anyone That I'd Be Up To The Task
- Get the baby! A spatial scission duplicates and replaces the original ship when it's destroyed.
Ah yes, the 'I Was Blown Out Into Space But Was Easily Replaced Within Minutes By A Trans-Dimensional Version Of Myself' ability.
now im having a hard time determining if you are just messing around or if you are actually considering to have kim as a hero, if so, would he replace voyager?

Give Janeway late TNG uniform and VADM rank. She deserves it. God, she is the most decorated officer in modern Starfleet history.
Anyway, all those ships act under jurisdiction of sectorial command.
If he is the captain, than Janeway should make admiral. Now she is the only one who wear 60-s uniform.
