"- Tasks always grant stash coordinates "
that's nice.
Just one question - these stashes, they have anything beside smokes, food and tools (got all 3 tools before I left Swamps)?
I had hope in CoM that someday I find any gun in full condition in one of them...

No, most CoC mods have guns excluded from stashes. But you can tweak that pretty easily yourself. Stashes are generated at the start of a new game (so save scumming will never change what is in a stash) and all items are considered except for those listed in the file gamedata\configs\plugins\coc_treasure_manager.ltx.

So edit that file and remove the lines for the items you would like to see in stashes in your game. Be sure to start a new game to give them a chance to spawn.

Thanks, I will make note for that when starting my Last Day playthrough.

I know this is a week later and all but I need help for this. I want to change what spawns in stashes as well but I can't find the file for it. Looking in the specific directory doesn't work, nor does searching for it. Anybody got advice?

if the files you are looking for are not in your gamedata folder you could try to unpack the files in the "database" folder into another folder, there you will find the files you are looking for, pick wathever you want, edit it and then place it in your gamedata folder following the same folder structure you found when you unpacked the files

Can you make this addon compatible with traders buy broken stuff please.

Sorry, no. I keep this to the small tweaks I use myself.

However, this change is quite easy to do, so why don't you do it yourself? Open up this mod, then go to gamedata/configs/misc/trade. Check each file for lines that look like Gist.github.com

Change that number to whatever you like between 0 and 1. So 0.2 will let you sell items at 20% condition for eg.

Install the traders mod first then install your tweaked version of this mod over it.

Is this compatible with all the other Last Day add-ons? CheekiTheBreeki makes me think this wont be compatible with traders buy broken stuff?

If it's editing just the trader files, then yes they won't be compatible, unless you want to go in & manually add the code that this mod adds to the traders buy broken stuff trader files.

It's compatible with anything that doesn't edit the same files, just like any other mod.

A handy tool for checking compatibility and merging to make mods work together is WinMerge: Winmerge.org

Version 1.1 adds gamedata/configs/plugins/dinamic_hud.ltx so you can now disable any of the hud effects, including the over the top bleeding indicators from 1.1.

The two(!) bleeding effects and hit effects have been turned off by default. Edit dinamic_hud.ltx if you want to turn them back on again.

Yes, there are two competing bleeding effects at work in 1.1, each of which piles on the misery if you get hit. One of them doesn't even look to see if you're bleeding, but adds blood effects based on recent damage taken.

Just went with stash coordinates and Non Commander Task giver...Can anyone confirm this wont conflict with any other add-ons located here? As far as I can tell this is the only add-on that modifies the 'meet' and 'effects' script

You're looking at it the wrong way. Don't install mods that clash, merge them, or give one priority. Pretty simple. "Git gud" to use your words.

Nothing conflicts with other add-ons here.

Except 'Traders offer everything' conflicts with 'Traders buy Broken STuff'...im going to try and tweak it like cheekibreeki

Cool. WinMerge is handy, it's an easy way to check and deal with conflicts between mods.

I've tried many times to figure out how to use WinMerge. Do you know how you learned how to use it? I've not found a proper tutorial or guide to using it with S.T.A.L.K.E.R. yet.

Use it to compare folders between mods or between a mod and your current installed game. So if a mod has gamedata/configs, ask WinMerge to compare that with gamedata/configs in your game or in a mod.

WinMerge adds right click menu options that let you right click on a file or folder and then compare it to another file or folder by right clicking that next and selecting WinMerge.

This addon is definitely a must-have for Last Day.
Could you restore the normal CoC rank, reputation and relation infos to the inventory screen? I guess the devs forgot to include them in the configs when porting the misery 2.2 inventory.

Looks like a deliberate decision, but I've restored them for your own info in the next release. Haven't done so for NPC info you see when trading.

What are "open level transitions", exactly? I'm assuming it just loads the next zone without prompting me first?

No, it opens all routes throughout the Zone that were previously only unlockable through PDAs and traders. This option was present in version 1.0 of Last Day and was removed in 1.1 - this addon restores it.

1.4 has been updated for Last Day 1.2.

That option was removed by CoM and I don't want to include it here. But here's a merge of that option into Last Day 1.2. Install this file in gamedata\scripts: Mega.nz

You seem to know your way around the code, so here's how you can add it yourself in the future. Add the code in this link to scripts\axr_main_options.script: Gist.github.com

Add it before the --mlr comment or anywhere else in that block.

You can also get the same effect by editing appdata\user.ltx and changing these options to match these values:
ai_aim_max_angle 20.0
ai_aim_min_angle 17.0
ai_aim_min_speed 2.00
ai_aim_predict_time 0.28

You can also enter those values into the console.

Version 1.4 has these changes: Last Day 1.2 update; CoM footsteps; flashlight tweak now unnecessary

If you installed version 1.3 in Last Day 1.2, delete the file configs\models\objects\light_night.ltx either before or after installing version 1.4.

Hey can you guys add an update to remove the Hitmarkers from 1.2? Or does the "remove hit effects' portion of your tweaks do that? I never added that portion because I like some of the Staggering and blurry effects etc of being shot...

It should be from when I last checked its description. I haven't had a chance to test though I will when I next play, it's a neat mod.

Hello, I am getting this error:

[error]Expression : <no expression>
[error]Function : CScriptEngine::lua_error
[error]File : ..\xrServerEntities\script_engine.cpp
[error]Line : 189
[error]Description : fatal error
[error]Arguments : LUA error: [string "xr_effects.play_inv_eat_can_imm()"]:1: attempt to call field 'play_inv_eat_can_imm' (a nil value)

when I open a can of beans (imported) with a Swiss army knife in my inventory. I don't have any other mods that change xr_effects.script.

This happens because there was an update to the xr_effects.script in "Last Day - fix (2018/02/03)"

This is an updated version of the script that includes Small Last Day Tweaks 1.6's changes.

I have the same problem when opening food can. Deleted xr.effects for now. I can live with less stashes from quest's but I hope for a fix :)
