When I start the new game, I am unable to type character name in Russian language. I have set the language of the game, my OS regional and default language settings to Russian. I also tried switching keyboard layout while being in-game and while collapsing the game. None of it helped. I also tried creating the new character and then typing the name as a value for new_game_character_name parameter in axr_options.ltx. As a result, character's name in-game has become gibberish. Please, advise. Thanks! [RESOLUTION]: I fixed this by going into Regional standards settings -> Advanced -> Change System language to Russian in "language for programs, not supporing Unicode" section and restarting PC. I also kept all changes listed in the previous post. Also make sure to swtich language to Russian before starting the game. Hope it will be helpful for someone. Cheers! Edited by: zakha |
