I can't seem to be able to trade ammo with Trunk, the merc mechanic/trader in the Outskirts. I've got about 1500 rep with the mercenaries. It doesn't specify what type of ammo, EP or AP so I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be the default FMJ rounds.
