This is the second update for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly 1.5.0 B3. It also contains everything from all previous updates and hotfixes. It needs to be installed last.
Install instructions
Unpack on top of installed S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly 1.5.0 version and overwrite files when asked to.

- Update 2 includes all fixes from Hotfix 1, Update 1, Hotfix 2, Hotfix 3, and many new fixes
- Does not require a new game, saves from previous versions are compatible

Stay away from addons once an update is released. Obviously they will override new files so no one knows how bad things can go.

Like the 69th time my game crashed.
Same error, its caused by an addon that is not working with the new update. Not sure which one though, im working through mine to find the cause.

All it alters is the file "death_generic.ltx", so maybe something changed in the way that's read.

Glad to see that you are fixing the vegetation draw issue. Unfortunately there are still maps heavily affected by this, like Zaton and Jupiter. For instance, in Zaton much of the grass draws only a few meters away (looks like the old vanilla draw distance).

I guess I could be more specific. For instance in Jupiter, certain vegetation/grass types draw very close to the player - others more far away. In Zaton, most of the vegetation draws only a few meters away.

If you are using any addons and get crashes, don't complain to us. Report those issues to the authors of the addons you are using! Only issues that happen without the use of any addons will be looked at from now on.
The amount of reports ("doesn't work", "crashes", ...) that were caused by addons makes it impossible for us to focus on the real issues for the next update.
If you have any other files in the `gamedata` folder than these 4, your bug reports can not be handled:
- configs\atmosfear_options.ltx
- configs\axr_options.ltx
- configs\localization.ltx
- configs\warfare_options.ltx
Also please open the directory `tools` that was included in Update 2 and run the script `verify-install.bat` by double clicking it, if any file is listed as `FAILED` instead of `OK` you need to reinstall the mod because something in the files got corrupted and can cause problems.
Please install Hotfix 4 ( Moddb.com ) before using the verify-install.bat script.

so i just need to recopy those files from downloaded repack, right ?
Use hotfix 4 and it should not fail on those files anymore.

After this update, the game crashes whenever I remove a grenade laucher from a rifle.
First: I also ran into this problem when looting and trying to detach it from the fallen enemy's weapon.
Second: I found a workaround for this and made an account just to let you know: if you DISASSEMBLE the weapon with the grenade launcher attached (in my case it was an AEK-971) then you get parts from the rifle and the grenade launcher appears in your inventory. After that I attached it to my main weapon (an AK-74N Alternate) and I can detach and reattach with no problem.

The AI changes cause stuttering on any dx and on lowest settings, same as hotfix 3 and with the original .exe 's i get no stutters at all, ive tried to talk about this multiple times on the discord to no avail, and im far from the only person who also experiences, otherwise anything else in hotfix that changed the .exe 's have been causing stutters, the improved AI is my guess as the culprit.
Well, then I'd much rather have the improved AI.
Playing CoC has been frustrating, as the AI is off in 1.5b. You can shoot on enemies from a distance, and they will just stand there. They are often passive, and will not chase you in many areas. If Anomaly can improve the AI from the CoC-base, that would be great! Some stuttering is acceptible, considering the lack of multithreading in the X-Ray engine.
The game is very much playable with the old ai, but it's far from perfect. I would of course want the improved ai but as I stand it runs like **** on my PC, even tho I have a 1060 and i7
Yah I agree. I’m willing to accept the few stutters that are there (not often) for the improved ai. The firefights are pretty damn fun now

Working perfectly here after updating from Hotfix 3. No perceivable performance changes. Got into a scrap with a few bandits in the Meadow, and the AI was great. Rounded a corner, and the bandit got me with a perfectly timed hit with the butt of his rifle. Managed to regain composure and was able to take him out right right as he got a round off into me. Lots of fun.
Had to download a few updated add-ons, mainly the Various Tweaks, as many of the ltx files have small changes which will crash your game if you try to use older ones.
Only thing I wasn't able to keep was my mini-map from the AA2 HUD, but that mod hasn't been updated in a very long time, so it's to be expected. Would love to see this added to the official release. Having to always pull up the PDA, even just to look at the time gets a little tiresome after awhile.
Just tried Pripyat Outskirts (CoP), and what you have brought visually to this ageing game engine is impressive. Many new textures afaik, and they're great (incl. avoiding the awful tiling effect on buildings because of texture mapping limitations).
PS: The vegetation in Pripyat Outskirts has the same issue as in Zaton, ie. it pops up right in front of the player.
I think its the grass textures, they're too thin, but thats my inexperienced guess tho

The game launched fine at the first time (but in the 800*600 resolution lol?) Then I've put the Update 2 and then the Hotfix seven, that I've seen in the Files menu of the Moddb page. After that I've launched the game using AnomalyLauncher.exe and I've got a message that my system doesn't meet minimal requirements. When I decided to launch it using the Launcher.exe, message didn't appear, but there was a default Windows error sound and the window dissappeared. When I've decided to check installation using verify-install.bat, there was "FAILED MD5 fsgame.ltx" line. What can I do now? Besides the reinstallation, that is too boring and if the problem occurs again that will be even worse.
Btw, my specs: GTX950M 2Gb, i5-7200U, 8 Gb DDR4 RAM, resolution 1366*768
