Adds artifacts degradation ( when actor get damage )
This is early alpha test!
ATTENTION! Main addon archive contains bin only for DX11-AVX, all other renders can be found HERE
ATTENTION#2! this addon use own engine fork!
With this addon artifacts efficiency will decrease with each hit that actor takes ( depends on hit type and damage value ) for example artifacts with fire resist will degrade while actor stays in fire anomaly.
If art condition drops below 90% it became slowly regenerate ( regeneration will stop if you move artifact out of belt )
So the main gameplay idea of this addon is to prevent actor of becoming immortal ( which happens with old art system, for example with few emptyes ) by temporary decreasing resists that player takes from artifacts on each hit, so you still can tank some letal damage with artifacts but only for a short period of time and with big penalty ( time that artifacts need to recover )
P.S. for this test I used original degrade calculation from Tronex script
P.P.S. artifacts resist calculation changed in engine and some artifacts resist changed in configs so they may shows wrong in artifact description ( 19000% for burning immunity for example ) .

There's already artefact renovation and artefact overhaul, what's the goal of your addon, adding degradation while mantaining vanilla stats?
they both can't get real hit power before artifact resist calculation cuz vanilla resist formula clamp it to 0.
The goal of addon is to make artefacts resist mechanic similar to "energy shields"

idea about degradation/restore is nice, very nice for real.
but can u integrate it with artifact renovation and integrate with MCM to configurate effects (slower degradaion/restore, degradation on belt and restore in stash, restore in radioation, etc)?
yeap, will be in future, for now it's alpha test to catch CTDs
This is nice, I actually stopped using a character after I noticed that I could kill all the Monolith in Radar with my knife because I had become more or less invulnerable by using some artifacts. It's actually a major problem in Vanilla, because it means that the game stops posing any kind of challenge to the player.
So the continuation of this addon is this: Moddb.com ???
