They have 2048x2048 pixels, so 2k right? I'm working on converting these to 4k, when the pack gets a little bit larger the V2.0 will be about it

they are .dds files, you need a program like GNU Image Manipulation Program (open source) to edit them, but is not like photoshop, is way more advanced and takes a lot more time than just clicking one button and is just finished like magic.

Secondly I have noticed when I put kobra sight on AK 74N (Modern) it changes texture to camo version of AK. Is that meant to be like that or?
Thanks for the support! This might be an issue of Anomaly or the modpack (if you are playing in one), this addon only changes textures, to do something like this, weapon configs shuld have been changed

hey bro nice textures, im using it in some mods already, but im wonder if you could make some retexure for de m24 green dragon? im playin misery and y recently got these boy and it would be nice using it with diferent textures

No new inventory icons, adding custom inventory icons would cause incompatibilities with other addons

If added via editing of ui_icon_equipment.dds or ui_actor_armor.dds, then yes, but if you want you can take a look at Maid's icon mod, as they replace icons by scripts - ensuring compatibility with other replacers - to create a icon you would either need to ask Cr3pis or Maid for instructions
you can create a separate icon file and rename it and then put all your custom icons for the retextured weapons, you can even use DLTX so its more conflict-free or just icon override method (both work but DLTX is more simple to do), and you wouldnt need to touch any weapon ltx files at all, just ask cr3pis for an quick advice on how to set icons and you are good to go.
you just give a way much more better look at the poor m24, that thing has a ****** vanilla retexture that it looks like im playing misery when i hold it, thanks man!

hey, i loved the remington 870 texture, maybe a similar texture for the mossberg 590 would be cool for the next update :) aswell as for the saiga and vepr12 (wood stock)
