Ну, как обычно, через JSGME... А что, есть какие-то хитрости?
Там нужно было кинуть архив со своим языком, а не сам аддон. Там две папки внутри.
Да всё сделал по фен-шую: распаковал архив и папку RUS version бросил в папку MODS игры, подключил через JSGME. В МСМ появилась опция "Сколько пушек?". Назначил и сохранил свою кнопку и нифига не происходит, сколько ни жамкай.
Есть идея. Попробую фиксануть.

This is nifty! Do you think you could add a feature that lists weapons currently used by npcs on the map you're in? I'm having some difficulty figuring out which weapon sounds I need to adjust properly; I hear modded gunshots and reloads by NPCs across the map played as if I was the one using them.
Your problem can be fixed simply: you need to add ogg comments to the all new weapons sounds. All ogg mistakes are marked in log after launching a game, no need to even load a save.
