Is it possible to make a version that works with just Ironman mode as well?
While I do like the feeling that my actions have consequences in this game and sometimes they can end up in my death, I don't particularly like Agony.
I will try and upload it in the next version ;)

With Arszi's Radiation Overhaul there isn't a moment I don't have radiation on my character making it pretty much only possible to save after visiting a medic. xD
Makes Agony pretty annoying because of this.
That's if it can be easily fixed, so you can save even with radiation ;) In a while I'll check it and upload a new version. Then, another day I'll upload a version for "all" game modes.

I can still go to the main menu and load my game like that though.
I used this adddon all the time with version 1.5.0, when I still used JSGME (currently using MO2). If there's a version for this addon for COC, I believe I used it as well. Don't quite rememeber clearly now, so much time has passed since I played COC.
Unfortunately, this mod doesn't work with the nowadays ubiquitous Mod Configuration Menu addon. But for those who don't use MCM, this is one of them old must-have addons, for immersion sake.
Would be nice to see this mod updated, as of now it does not work and you can still load saves normally.
I was comparing the current files with my addon and have found no modifications.
I think you have some problem with the game requirements: Only work in Agony mode.
