When playing as UNISG, you may have felt annoyed or confused about how to sell or buy from your faction merchant. This mod fixes that issue.
***Highly recommended to use Mod Organizer 2***
Now, Major Hernandez will correctly be able to sell and buy equipment to the player, as was his original intention. He is now a proper trader. The player is able to trade with him in each instance of meeting him. First, in Darkscape, second in Jupiter, and third in Jupiter Underground.
Moreover, the mechanic Maus will allow you to sell him PDAs from dead stalkers. You no longer have to go all the way back to Dushman in Dead City. UNISG is finally a functioning faction.

Version 1.10: April 18, 2021
- Added Strelok's gun as his default equipment. Now, when you meet him, he will have his signature weapon. This is to match the LTTZ default lore. (Thank you Deputant and Artyom on Discord)
- Added rewards. After completing a storyline task the player will receive a money reward, a stash location reward, and UNISG goodwill reward. The amount of money and goodwill are dependent on the difficulty of the task.
(- Now, Major Hernandez will stay in the secret base in the Jupiter Underground after the player completes the final storyline task for Hollow Boundaries. You can continue playing as UNISG with faction support.) **[This detail is not working as I planned, both Hernandez and Maus still leave after several in-game hours and changing maps. Version 1.20: April 19, 2021
- Removed file which is not needed, thus causing a crash. (Was trying to get rid of the dialog function that makes the player have to go through several dialogs, after obtaining the storyline task and then talking to Hernandez again after that, before the conversation can end. I was unable to succeed, but the file was left over.)
Version 1.30: April 21, 2021
- Figured out how to make Hernandez and Maus stay after finishing the final task. Both will stay where they are even after completing the final task. You can continue to play as UNISG with full faction support. **Please confirm. I had no issue but would like more feedback.**
Trying to do (no timeframe as it is more complex than expected):
- In the beginning of the storyline for Hollow Boundaries, after you get all the info and the task from Hernandez, if you talk to him again you have to go through several dialog options until the conversation can end. But, when talking to other NPCs, you can just press ESC to leave the conversation. I'm trying to implement that feature with Hernandez so you won't be locked into the dialog.
This is my first release and no conflicts have been found, nor are any expected. If you find any issues, bugs, or conflicts let me know. Please enjoy!

If u can make UNISG trader stay in the zone after finishing story line that would be really cool ( you don't have to if u don't want, its ok)

Hello, there is bug, can u create new game and try to start story line by talking to the major? and bug will appear
it would've been easier if u made the major leave the zone but the ISG trader stay, since most of addons like trader overhaul will affect him and it will be easier for u.
+ if u can add exo seva patch so major sell exo seva too?
The fixed version is now available.
Trader Overhaul hard version changes the trader files:
- trade_isg.ltx
- trade_isg_light.ltx (seems to be unused)
- trade_isg_mission.ltx
But my mod only directs the NPC to use the files. So there shouldn't be any conflict.
I don't use exo seva mod, maybe the creator of that mod can make one. Or, maybe Trader Overhaul will include that in the next version.

Does this mode work with Russian localization?
The files don't affect or alter the localization, so I would guess that it should work fine. If it doesn't, please let me know.
Great mod ! Another thing you could improve to make the UNISG more interesting in story mode is to make the story quests give you goodwill with the UNISG so you can buy the better equipement, and also perhaps a bit of money, so you can play the UNISG quest as its own self-contained story.
Currently the only way to get better equipement is to work for the mercenaries (Or another faction while in disguise) instead of following your mission objectives, which is a bit weird for what is supposed to be a bonus storyline to see the Zone from another point of view.
I've got the quest rewards of money and goodwill for UNISG faction on quest completion working. I want to test it out a bit more before releasing it since I'm also working on trying to make Hernandez stay in the Jupiter Underground once the HB storyline is fully complete.

Once you complete the game, including all of the story arcs, UNISG will be unlocked.
Alternatively, if you want to skip the story, or if you have already done it many times and have reinstalled but don't want to go through it all again, you can edit axr_options.ltx at the bottom.

There was nothing I could find which made Warfare mode have a different designation of the NPC's compared to story mode. It seems odd that you are having this issue, but I don't have a way to fix it.
Since nowadays I mainly play Ironman, it'll take some time before I can test this one, lol!

I don't suppose it would be possible to make it so these guys are in these spots when playing as UNISG in a non-story mode/freeroam run would it? I want to be able to use their equipment, but obviously Mercs don't sell it and they don't have a trader without Story Mode being active.
It would take much more ability than I have to add them into the basic files. They would need to be added as NPCs, then given a specific location, and making sure the Smart Terrain can spawn them, while not spawning other enemies, to ensure the base would be safe, etc. If you want to do a non-story mode, I guess the only way would be to start as UNISG and then change factions once you have rep to buy the UNISG gear.
Sorry but I want to ask a question that have no matter with this mod.
I once see one guy said "you can transfer your save's data to another new save, but only your inventory and rank points."
My first UNISG save was broken because of mod's outdated data. I'd like at least have my efforts back.

I am not sure about any tool to do that. Maybe on the Anomaly Discord server they can help you.
For some reason my game crashes when I try talking to a trader but mechanics are good, I do have desolation + 20-25 other mods installed
It is recommended to use MO2. If you do, you can see if there are any file conflicts. It sounds like one of your other mods overwrites a file so you may need to do a merge, which shouldn't be hard. I didn't edit too many lines in the NPC files.
Does this work with LTTZ - Directors Cut?.
In version 1.10 I updated my file to match the LTTZ file. There shouldn't be any discrepancies.

Dunno if you are still working on this mod, but in Jupiter, Maus keeps giving me a heart attack cause he sometimes leave the hidden base. Usually chasing a mutant or something. I saw this while trying to fish for some artifacts while looking at my PDA. He was unharmed but he might get himself killed one of these days.
