Is this compatible with trader overhaul?
I did not tested it with traders overhaul. Might not be compatible. Unless you copy the tools lines from my mod and add it to traders overhaul.

No. I manually added tools lines to trader overhaul.
Does this add-on work with new 1.5.1 version of Anomaly? The disclaimer tells not to run Anomaly with elder add-ons.
I have not yet tried out the new 1.5.1 since did not have much time.

I don't know if you know this, but King_Rediusz did this way better a few days ago. He has patches for Trader Overhaul and that Exoseva mod as well.
However, his mod is only progression based, which is fine by me. He also decreased the amount of traders that sell the tools, while also making them more rare on the remaining traders.
Not exactly up to date with the new addons that been made in the past months. Initially this mod was made to bring more access to the tools since there was none out there. I had a some ideas on making it a bit different but i did not played the game that much anymore.
Seeing that you're active again, is it ok if I have my mod up alongside yours?

Hey, there is a mod called "DoctorX Call of The Zone" in which he made it so that tools become fetch quest with a location. I think that's the best approach. No more looking through all the stashes, just go to x place and get them. I tried to read through the code and find this piece, but no luck. Maybe someone with a better experience can bring that part over to anomaly.
I will look into it for maybe a future update.
This archive does not work. More precisely, it does not open, an error comes out. The file is damaged or has an invalid format.

Cant really tell yet.
I can tell you that i put 3 days worth of hours for a save and only found an expert tool kit.
I did a lot of missions and found tons of stashes, never found them.
This is a life saver!
does this addon work with COP?
I did not tested that.
boring, if they don't sell any ammo, or only very rarely and then very expensively, plus no tools, no weapons, no food, no drugs, little medicine and a few resources and armor (if you put them out in the options), then it's interesting!
Well it was not the point of the mod to do the things mentioned above. Only to make tools available. But i have a few more ideas i will be working on in the future.
