Every weapon in game is now available to any stalker (zombies included) from any rank to choose from.
stalkers got bored of having always the same arsenal to choose from so they asked the wish granter to give them any gun they want and their wish was granted.
the game's scripting engine now randomly picks up any weapon available in game (even the HK 417 and Famas F3 which were disabled to all stalkers by default in game) to any stalker from any rank and faction...
the mod is as light as possible in order to not overload the game engine.
the mod is stable been playing for hours and hours on end without a single crash
warnings:
-better be careful now, you never know when an enemy stalker one-shots you with a gauss rifle or a barrett M82
-there may be people who do not like the idea of having a novice stalker with a top tier gun, i respect that, but as described the idea of this mod is to give anyone the gun they want with no more limited choices.
why having so much weapons in game if more than half of them never see the daylight in the hands of any stalker?

-Installation
-extract the folder to anomaly's main directory or you can simply extract the npc loadouts folder to gamedata/configs/items/settings
-start a new game in order for the game engine's scripting to do its magic and randomly assign weapons to everyone

i love this but i think should be even better if was all tiered up based on rank (at least the gauss, rocket launcher, grenade launcher and the best sniper rifles) cuz i don't like to find a very good gun in the first minutes of playthrough very easily

thank you, there is a way to do it but the game has to work with a lot more code and the engine doesn't like that (tends to lead to constant stack traces)
in the future i will try to do it (again) but will have to test it to see if the engine doesn't get overloaded.
you may encounter a very good gun at the first minutes of gameplay or not, as it is completely randomized by the game scripting you may be lucky or not...
Imagine finding the Gauss in Cordon... I hope its condition will be veeeeeery low.
there is a chance of it happening but a low chance because the weapon pickup is completely random on the list, unless you're using a modded death_generic.ltx file to give better drops condition, if you're not using any of that mods the vanilla game generally treats drop condition based on npc rank it can go from 0% condition all the way up to 45% if it was a legend rank npc, i only found a gauss in zaton even with this mod.
The idea behind this mod is indeed very good. as it was written in the description, "why having so much weapons in game if more than half of them never see the daylight in the hands of any stalker?".
I'll be trying this later, and will report if I find any negative things. Thanks for the mod!

mods i am using:
-The Zone v1.0.1 + restored anomalies (my zones mod)
-Ammo check plugin
-i can see you electra
-improved PDA's
-knife works in inventory
-remove outfit restriction
-larger pop scale (set to 0.5 for mutants and 1.5 for stalkers)
-merged traders sell all tools myself with the zone mod
i find it a very good compilation, very stable also i've been playing for hours and hours on end with almost no ctd's.
note: UMP45 caused a ctd with this mod due to missing code but it is fixed and i am uploading the file also.
if you find any problem check your log please so i can fix the issue.

I like the idea, but I also see the danger in making good weapons available for rookies. Couldn't you (to keep the code amount low) enable your whole mod just to the high tier NPCs however? (I don't mean diverting down the weapons to the multiple tears - I mean to apply the whole "get to choose from every weapon" only to the highest / higher tier NPCs)
i am doing it soon i will upload a version that will be more npc progression based, will have to test for a good amount of time because there can be issues with stack traces or some patch to be made etc... the concept will be
