you give no context no pictures in game nothing? the description is vague... does it work with gamma do you play it vanilla install does it work with other addons etc.
Most mods should not be affected very much as this mod only changes gamedata/textures/fx/fx_stalker_001.thm. (Changes around 60 texture files.) You should look into the mods you use and see if they change the fx folder. Vanilla install should not be needed but I could be wrong.
