Hm.
To high from a realism point of view.
Useless low (24% per 8h) from a gaming point of view. To make it useful it should be 100% per sleep taken (of atleast 1h, point is you managed to sleep, doesn't really matter how long you sit before your screen).
Sometimes you need to restore small amount health for which medkit feels like a waste. In my view 3% helps with that without making game too easy. But the instruction on how to change the value is in the description, so you do you
It absolutely helps when you don't have any medical supply, are heavily wounded, in enemy territory, and want to be able to go faster than walking, to have at least a chance. And it's realistic too, as, in real life, if your situation isn't getting worse, it would improve with rest.
I think this is a great mod that fills a need in the current system and it's definitely going on my "must have" Folder. :)

im sorry to ask, but ive tried using JSGME and replacing the gamedata folder but nothing seems to work, if i could please get some help
Look inside the folder, there are 2 versions. Pick one that matches your game version and use it with JSGME or install manually(take gamedata from addon folder and place it in Anomaly folder)
