Here it is, addon pack no one asked for. Nothing too fancy, just slightly better Anomaly.
My carefully merged addon pack. All of addons are modular with only exception of Dynamic Mutants/Dynamic Objects/Soundscape Overhaul triple because of some .ltx files (see here -> Moddb.com).

So! To install addon pack you need to unpack .zip file into your game folder (something like C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stalker Call of Pripyat, but I guess you already know that) and run JSGME. I've named addons in loadorder (you 100% WILL figure it out).
I don't know, how to install/use AMCM (because I am using JSGME and never checked AMCM out), so I can't help you with it, but I am sure there are no difficulties to make it work with AMCM because my pack is MODS folder with all of addons.

OH! One last thing: play on Hard/Survivalist for deeper experience. I always do this, can't recommend enough. My only suggestion is to set traders restock to 36 hours, bullet hit power factor to 1.2 and enable full percentage system for parts (last change is essential for Weapon Parts Overhaul).
Only by not having BaS, you already have my 9/10. This pack actually fits well as a base for other heavy addons, not to mention that those addons of your pack here are a must have in the pure (addon-free) Anomaly installation...anyway that's my opinion. 10/10.

Trying to download your thing but Moddb's download speed is being utter crap stuck at 296Kbps max... Tried all mirrors, not an issue with my internet, but i will spend all those 45 minutes downloading your pack cause it looks simple and interesting, cheers.
Would have been cool to ask modders for consent.
Dynamic add-ons might kill balance and immersion (cars that you can drive, that pop out of nowhere and that feel as light as some paper...).
It lacks lots of cool add-ons, but it's your choice.
Cool pack anyways because it doesn't have BaS. But I would point modpacks to the community curated add-on list.

just drag the folder "gamedata" from the addons to your original anomly folder
Better install JSGME. Installation of any addons will be much easier.
